As part of Eco Club, students of Navchetan and Damka Primary School learnt about Kitchen Gardening. In this session students learnt about National Farmer’s day, what is kitchen gardening, why is it necessary, what area to select for kitchen gardening, how to make it #sustainable through crop selection, types of containers, and #wastemanagement . Planting techniques for seeds, tubers and stems were also taught.
