On 11th February 2018, from 7.00 am GREEN WALK was started with more than 35 participants at Gavier . Walk was lead by NCS President Mr.Snehal Patel & NCS worthy senior volunteer Mr.Saurabh Desai

It was about 1.5 km. walk which includes following topics:

• Gavier Lake History
• Conservation by Nature Club Surat.
• Variety of Birds available.
• Visitors have enjoyed Flora and Fauna of Lake
• Different Trees and Plants & its advantages.

A Slide show regarding Green Surat City was  presented by Mr. Snehal Patel. All  enthusiastic and nature friendly citizens of Surat had taken part in discussion and shows their interest in making Surat really GREEN.
